The Lion's Gate Expo offers a full money-back guarantee for tickets to our events if the request is made before July 25th at 12:00 p.m. (PST).

After this period has passed, all sales are final. It is the responsibility of the ticket holder to attend the event or to notify us within the specified period if they wish to cancel. If the ticket holder does not attend the event, no refunds will be issued.
